The Golden Chrysalises is the elite resident company division of Autistic Wings. Our company members aren’t just studying dance; they are actively working, training, and preparing for a career in the professional entertainment industry.
Bypassing the standard studio track, our dancers operate under a rigorous daytime conservatory model designed for homeschooled students who have committed to a dedicated, professional lifestyle. Here, elite technique meets comprehensive industry education.
THE CONSERVATORY CURRICULUM
Elite Technique & Artistry: Mastery-level execution across a diverse, powerhouse repertoire including Tap, Ballet, Hip-Hop, and Commercial Jazz.
Industry Readiness: Deep dives into dance history, professional ethics, portfolio building, and audition navigation.
Arts Leadership: Hands-on training in the inner workings of a nonprofit studio, giving our dancers the tools to run the industry, not just perform in it.

We believe in equity, respect, and professional standard validation. To ensure that elite training is accessible, all current Golden Chrysalises dancers attend on full scholarship. Furthermore, dancers participating in our specialized internship program are paid for their leadership, teaching, and administrative work within the studio.
